Simon Orchard is a field hockey player who has achieved medals at Olympic and Commonwealth Games as well as Hockey World Cups, but has also battled anxiety despite these successes. Simon discusses his career, being detained in a Rio prison during the 2016 Olympics and the impending birth of his first child with wife and former Hockeyroo, Airlie Ogilvie.
