Adrian Barich’s Inspiring Story

From Footy to Sports Presenter.

Adrian Barich or as you probably know him as “Barra” is not only a prominent sports presenter for Channel 7 but he also played in the Eagles inaugural team and even had a go at Rugby league a few years after his AFL career. As Barra is soon to celebrate 25 years with Channel 7 he looks back at his achievements prior to his presenting days. While he remembers growing up in Canberra due to his dads work, he was keen to return back to WA when the opportunity to study came about. Barra soon after ended up playing Football for Perth and then much to his surprise was drafted for the Eagles inaugural team. He fondly remembers his dad enjoyed watching him play with the Eagles, showcasing number 38 on his back. A man with enough stories to fill multiple books, we’ll be waiting!
