The Funeral Service for Mr. William Stewart Rowe (Bill) of Mandurah will be held in the Bowra & O'Dea Chapel, 460 Pinjarra Road (entry via Old Pinjarra Road) on Tuesday (17/03/2026) at 2pm
At the conclusion of the service, refreshments will be served adjacent to the Chapel at our function's venue in Sid's Place until 4.30pm
