Sid’s Place is now Open!

On the 21st of February, we opened a new function centre in Mandurah. The centre was named ‘Sid’s Place’ in loving memory of former Bowra & O’Dea employee Sid Briggs. Sid was a close personal friend of Joe O’Dea and his family, and played a key role in the expansion of the company. We would like to say a big thank you to the Briggs family for joining us on this special occasion.

We are proud to have supported our Mandurah community for 40 years, and will continue to do so with the opening of our new function centre. The centre is the largest of its kind in Mandurah, located alongside our chapel at 460 Pinjarra Road. The venue has capacity for 400 people and parking for 100 vehicles, with a fully licensed bar and catering facilities.

Sid’s Place is available for work events, celebrations and birthdays and wakes. We hope our beautiful new function centre serves the Mandurah community and wider Peel Region well. For bookings or to find out more information, click here.
