Warwick Saupold’s Inspiring Story

Hard Work Pays Off.

Growing up in Perth, Warwick Saupold was dedicated to pursuing his passion of Baseball from a young age. From humble beginnings playing for South Perth Baseball Club at the age of 8, he credits his hard work and supportive family as the main reasons he was able to crack the big league. Playing for Perth Heat eventually lead ‘Aussie’ as his team mates nicknamed him, to signing with the Detroit Tigers in 2012 and playing with them for a number of years. He signed this year with the Hanwha Eagles in the Korean Baseball league, where he has enjoyed being closer to home making his long distance relationship a little bit easier! ‘Hard work pays off in the long run’ and Aussie is the definition of his statement.
