Shawn Redhage’s Inspiring Story
The Scoring Machine.
From attending high school in Nebraska to playing college basketball in Arizona, Redhage did his fair share of ground work to become the athlete he is today. Shawn moved over to Australia in 2004 and it wasn’t till he signed with the Perth Wildcats that he found his new ‘home’ in WA. Shawn played in 380 NBL games for the Wildcats, and during that time earned his nickname ‘The Scoring Machine’. He has a tremendous number of accolades to his name including, 6 x Perth Wildcats MVP award, 2008 Australian Boomers Beijing Olympian, 4 x NBL Champion and plenty more! Now days, he’s committed to Redhage Basketball, where he dedicates his time teaching young kids all about the game, with the main motto of having fun.
