Hannah Green’s Inspiring Story

Perth born and raised Hannah Green was first exposed to golf by her dad, who would bring her with him to the golf course on a Sunday as a kid. Today she is an Australian Professional Golfer and at the age of 22 has won a major title, the Women’s PGA Championship. In 2015, Hannah received a scholarship to go over to the US to meet and be mentored by Carrie Webb, a previous winner of the PGA Championship and a role model to Hannah. Green decided to turn professional the year after the once in a lifetime experience. Being awarded the most outstanding Australian golfer for 2019 with the Greg Norman Medal, Hannah credits her hard work and persistence to becoming successful, however never loses site of where she’s come from and recognises her dad as the biggest inspiration for her now flourishing career.
